Recent Physical and Tuberculosis Screening. A current chest x-ray is required for positive TB test results.
Hepatitis B Immunity Documentation: Either proof of the full vaccine series (three doses) or a Hepatitis B Surface Antibody Test (titer) confirming immunity.
Drug and Alcohol Screening.
Two forms of valid identification.
Our state-accredited Phlebotomy Technician Program is a comprehensive training designed to equip students with the skills needed to perform phlebotomy procedures and launch a successful career as professional phlebotomists.
This 4-week program combines lectures, engaging discussions, hands-on lab practice, and real-world clinical experience. Upon successful completion, participants will be eligible to take the Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) Exam through the National Healthcareer Association (NHA). Once certified, you’ll be qualified to work as a phlebotomist in any state!
