Nurse Aide Training

Join the next Nurse Aide training cohort at Indy Institute and become a Certified Nursing Assistant TODAY.  This 105 training ensures individuals meet both the state and federal requirements to work as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA). Upon completion of the course, students are registered for the Indiana state skills and written exams.

What responsibilities does a CNA have?

A certified nurse aide is an individual who works primarily in long-term care facilities. The CNA assists residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, or eating. A CNA works under the direct supervision of a licensed practical nurse or registered nurse and can perform only procedures that are within the scope of practice for a CNA.
